HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS?
We accept returns only on orders from customers in the European Union within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. The products should be tried at home, possibly on a carpet and must be returned not used and clean for the return to be accepted.
Dirty or used products will not be accepted and will need to be shipped back to the customer at his costs.

We provide paid return labels for customers in the following Countries:

- France
- Spain
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Poland

- Portugal
- Czech Republic

The return labels have a cost of €8,90 for the fist item and +€3 per each additional item.
The cost of return labels will be deducted from the refund.
The return should be carried by the customer to a DPD or other courier's delivery points in the local area, more details will be offered during the return process.
After requesting a return, you have 14 days to phisically return your order otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Products in the Outlet section or any other product discounted from 30% up are not refundable and will be only changed upon a payment of a €9 fee. This is valid for purchase in Europe.
