HOW TO EXCHANGE BLACK FRIDAY/CHRISTMAS GIFT?
Since we want you to buy your gifts fo Christmas without any stress we accept exchange on orders from customers in the European Union within the 31th of December from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. The products should be tried at home, possibly on a carpet and must be returned not used and clean for the return to be accepted.
To return unwanted items or to ask for a change send an email to orders@ofantoitaly.com including:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number. For example OF-10324.
- Indicate whether you prefer a return or exchange. For example: I would like to change the shoes size from EUR-42 to EUR-43.
Italian customer can use our courier for return while European and International customers will need to ship the returns at their cost.

Products in the Outlet section or any other product discounted from 30% up are not refundable and will be only changed upon a payment of a €9 fee. This is valid for purchase in Europe.
In case a customer returns more than one product, in a single or in multiple orders, we apply a €9 restocking fee per each product return after the first one.
