Changes and Returns: we offer free changes and returns to customers in Italy. For European customers we are currently unable to offer free changes or returns so the customer will need to return their unwanted orders and place new orders on our store.

In case a customer returns more than one product, in a single or in multiple orders, we apply a €9 restocking fee per each product return after the first one.

RETURNS

We accept returns only on orders from customers in the European Union within 20 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.

Returns and changes are free of charge for customers in Italy only.

European customers will have to return products at their costs.
